The mechanized pistachio processing method includes a totally mechanized system of pistachio processing in which even the drying level is done by specific machinery.
The most optimal and fastest way for pistachio processing is this method. All the steps in processing pistachio are carried out by machines. In this method, the closed-shell and opened-shell pistachios will be explored and separated.
