Iranian Animal Organs Producers and Exporters

One of the most interesting major export items of non-oil goods last year, which is among the major goods and among some of the top agricultural export products, is " Guts, Bladders, and Stomachs of Animals", which is produced in fresh, chilled, and iced forms. Such products are exported to other countries beaten, salted, in salt water, dried, or smoked. Every year, such products are among the top export products of Iran and have their own customers in European countries, especially Germany, that use such products for packing meat products. In addition to being used in the coating of sausages, this protein material is also used in the production of sutures and cosmetics. The whole guts obtained from the slaughter of animals like sheep are ready for export after processing, and this product is not much consumed in Iran’s domestic market.
